Cancellation Policy

Please note classes are NON- REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to make a scheduled class, kindly email us at info@exchangedance.com to receive a ONE TIME transfer credit to a class of equal value. Class credit must be redeemed within 2 weeks of missed class. We cannot accept phone or email cancellations at this time. Classes are subject to cancellation based on attendance. This is at the sole discretion of the studio. In the event of a cancellation, dancer may transfer the class credit to any new class at the same price.
