Week by week, you’ll develop the tools to stretch smarter, activate with intention, and strengthen key muscle groups that directly impact your dance technique.

Technique (Saturdays @ 10AM)
Refine your lines. Reinforce your alignment. Build clean, controlled technique from the ground up.
